The client's old serve over counters had finally failed for good, prompting the need for a replacement. With over 10 years of strong partnership with the client, we prioritised this project to ensure it was completed promptly and with minimal disruption to retail operations. The entire process, from removing the old counters to handing over the new ones, including a new remote engineering system, was successfully completed in just 4 days.
